About Eduriti and These Terms

Eduriti is a product suite developed and operated by Sanjay Mahendrakumar Mukherjee, an independent learning technology consultant based in Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we," "us," "our"). The AIR Suite (Automated Instructional Resources) comprises AI-powered tools for instructional design professionals, corporate learning teams, and content developers.

These Terms govern your access to and use of all AIR Suite products. Product-specific provisions are set out in Section 11. In the event of conflict between general terms and a product-specific provision, the product-specific provision governs.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. Continued use of any product after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2

What Each Product Does

The AIR Suite products are AI-native tools that process inputs you provide and generate outputs using large language model (LLM) technology. Each product is a defined, bounded service:

  • ·AIR Auditor: Analyses an uploaded SCORM package and — if found technically acceptable, after your review and payment — generates structured audit reports (Excel, PDF, PowerPoint) documenting the package's content, structure, objectives, and assessment coverage.
  • ·AIR Designer: Accepts a course brief or uploaded source material, generates a Design and Content Outline (DCO), and — after your review and payment — generates a multi-format storyboard (DOCX, PPTX, JSON, XML) and DCO.
  • ·AIR Producer: Analyses an uploaded storyboard and — if accepted, after your review and payment — converts it into a deployable SCORM package.
  • ·AIR Coach / LMS: Provides a learner-facing delivery and coaching environment for published courses — after your review and payment — on a pay-per-enrolment (LMS) or pay-per-course (Coach) basis.

Sample outputs are available at eduriti.com. You are encouraged to review them before purchasing.

3

Purchase, Payment, and Access

All purchases are processed through Razorpay. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you have supplied is accurate.

Access to paid outputs is provided via time-limited, secure download links delivered to the email address you supply at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is correct.

Download links and stored outputs expire 30 days from generation. After expiry, files are permanently deleted. We do not maintain copies and cannot restore expired outputs. A new purchase is required for re-generation.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without notice but changes do not affect transactions already completed.

4

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple: we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs. Refunds are issued only when a verified technical failure prevents the product from delivering the output it is designed to produce.

4.1 When a Refund Will Be Issued

A refund will be issued if, and only if, a technical failure occurs that prevents the product from completing its intended pipeline and delivering output. Specifically:

  • ·The generation process fails to complete (server error, timeout, or pipeline crash).
  • ·Outputs are delivered but are blank, corrupted, or structurally incomplete.
  • ·Download links are generated but are non-functional at the time of delivery and remain non-functional after one reported retry attempt.

Technical failures are logged in our system with error codes, timestamps, and pipeline state. Any refund request will be assessed against this log. If the log shows successful completion, no refund is payable.

4.2 When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

  • ·Dissatisfaction with the quality, depth, structure, or content of AI-generated outputs.
  • ·Outputs that are complete but do not match your expectations or intended use.
  • ·Outputs generated from poor-quality, incomplete, or unsuitable input material.
  • ·User error: incorrect file uploaded, wrong brief submitted, incorrect email address provided.
  • ·Failure to download within the expiry window, or loss of download links after delivery.
  • ·Outputs reviewed and approved at an intermediate checkpoint (e.g., the DCO review in AIR Designer) but found unsatisfactory at a later stage.

4.3 How to Request a Refund

Contact support@eduriti.com within seven (7) days of the failed transaction. Include your order ID, email address used at checkout, and a description of the technical failure. We will respond within five (5) business days.

5

Data and Privacy

5.1 Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: contact and transaction data (name, email, payment reference); input files you upload for processing; and usage/pipeline logs.

5.2 How Input Files Are Handled

Your uploaded files are NOT stored after processing is complete. We process your file to generate outputs, then delete it. We do not retain, archive, index, or reuse your uploaded content.
  • ·Files are uploaded to a secure, temporary processing environment and deleted upon completion.
  • ·Generated outputs are stored in a secure cloud environment, accessible only via your time-limited download link, and permanently deleted after the expiry period.

5.3 AI Processing

Your input content is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Your content is transmitted to Anthropic for processing; Anthropic's own data handling policies apply. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you upload for AI processing.

5.4 Governing Law for Data

Data processing is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). For data-related queries: privacy@eduriti.com.

6

Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our IP

All software, prompts, pipeline architecture, instructional design methodologies, decision-making frameworks, business processes, documentation, branding, and product design comprising the Eduriti AIR Suite are the exclusive intellectual property of Sanjay Mahendrakumar Mukherjee. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.

6.2 Your Input Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to deliver the service purchased. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content, and that it does not infringe third-party IP.

6.3 Your Generated Outputs

You own the outputs we generate for you. You may use, adapt, publish, and commercialise them without restriction, subject to your own review for originality and third-party IP compliance. We make no representations about the originality of AI-generated content and are not liable for third-party IP claims arising from your use of outputs.

6.4 No Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the prompts, pipeline logic, or model configurations underlying our products.

7

AI Disclaimers and Output Quality

AI-generated outputs are provided as-is. They are a starting point, not a finished product. Professional review before deployment is your responsibility.

Our products use large language models. By their nature, LLMs are probabilistic — the same input may produce different outputs on different runs. Outputs may contain factual errors, structural choices that are reasonable but not optimal, or language requiring editing.

Outputs have been designed around proprietary decision-making frameworks and business processes, grounded in established instructional design principles and learning technology standards (Bloom's Taxonomy, ISD methodology, SCORM standards, among others). However, adherence to these principles in any given output is not guaranteed and depends on the quality and completeness of your input.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving any output before using it in a learning programme or distributing it to learners.

8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ·We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, business, or reputational harm.
  • ·Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
  • ·We are not liable for any outcome arising from your deployment of AI-generated outputs to learners.
  • ·We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (Railway, AWS, Razorpay, Anthropic API) or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

9

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any AIR Suite product to:

  • ·Upload content that infringes the IP rights of third parties.
  • ·Upload content that contains unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material.
  • ·Attempt to circumvent, probe, or reverse-engineer the product's AI pipeline, prompts, or architecture.
  • ·Resell, sub-licence, or redistribute access to the product to third parties without our written consent.
  • ·Use the product in any way that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access, without refund, if we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

10

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice.

11

Product-Specific Provisions

11.1 AIR Auditor

Processes SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages. One analysis per purchase. An analysis that reports "no formal objectives found" or "no assessment detected" is a valid, complete output — it is not a technical failure. Technical failure means: the package cannot be parsed, no reports are generated, or delivered reports are blank or corrupted.

11.2 AIR Designer

Generates a DCO for your review before payment. By completing payment, you confirm you have reviewed the DCO and accept it as the basis for storyboard generation. No refund is payable on the grounds that the storyboard does not match expectations you could have expressed at the DCO review stage.

You receive a storyboard in four formats (DOCX, PPTX, JSON, XML) and the DCO document. Technical failure means: storyboard generation fails to complete, or delivered files are blank or corrupted.

11.3 AIR Producer

Converts an approved AIR Designer storyboard into a deployable SCORM package. Technical failure means: SCORM package generation fails to complete, or the delivered package fails SCORM validation.

11.4 AIR Coach / LMS

Learner-facing platform. Access terms are governed by a separate agreement provided at enrolment. Sections 5–8 and 10 of this document apply.

12

General

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter herein.

Assignment: You may not assign any rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
