Effective Date04 March 2026
Version1.0
Issued bySanjay Mahendrakumar Mukherjee, Pune, Maharashtra, India
Products coveredEduriti AIR Suite (AIR Auditor, AIR Designer, AIR Producer, AIR Coach / LMS)
Governing lawRepublic of India. Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Our refund policy is simple: we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs. Refunds are issued only when a verified technical failure prevents the product from delivering the output it is designed to produce.
1

When a Refund Will Be Issued

A refund will be issued if, and only if, a technical failure occurs that prevents the product from completing its intended pipeline and delivering output. Specifically:

  • ·The generation process fails to complete (server error, timeout, or pipeline crash).
  • ·Outputs are delivered but are blank, corrupted, or structurally incomplete.
  • ·Download links are generated but are non-functional at the time of delivery and remain non-functional after one reported retry attempt.

Technical failures are logged in our system with error codes, timestamps, and pipeline state. Any refund request will be assessed against this log. If the log shows successful completion, no refund is payable.

2

When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

  • ·Dissatisfaction with the quality, depth, structure, or content of AI-generated outputs.
  • ·Outputs that are complete but do not match your expectations or intended use.
  • ·Outputs generated from poor-quality, incomplete, or unsuitable input material.
  • ·User error: incorrect file uploaded, wrong brief submitted, incorrect email address provided.
  • ·Failure to download within the expiry window, or loss of download links after delivery.
  • ·Outputs reviewed and approved at an intermediate checkpoint (e.g., the DCO review in AIR Designer) but found unsatisfactory at a later stage.
3

Product-Specific Technical Failure Definitions

3.1 AIR Auditor

An analysis that reports "no formal objectives found" or "no assessment detected" is a valid, complete output — it is not a technical failure. Technical failure means: the package cannot be parsed, no reports are generated, or delivered reports are blank or corrupted.

3.2 AIR Designer

By completing payment, you confirm you have reviewed the Design & Content Outline (DCO) and accept it as the basis for storyboard generation. No refund is payable on the grounds that the storyboard does not match expectations you could have expressed at the DCO review stage. Technical failure means: storyboard generation fails to complete, or delivered files (DOCX, PPTX, JSON, XML) are blank or corrupted.

3.3 AIR Producer

Technical failure means: SCORM package generation fails to complete, or the delivered package fails SCORM validation.

3.4 AIR Coach / LMS

Refund terms for the learner-facing platform are governed by the separate agreement provided at enrolment. Sections 1 and 2 of this policy apply in full.
