We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: contact and transaction data (name, email address, payment reference); input files you upload for processing; and usage and pipeline logs generated during your session.

We do not collect, sell, or share personal data for marketing purposes. We do not use cookies for tracking, profiling, or advertising.

• ·Files are uploaded to a secure, temporary processing environment and deleted upon completion of the pipeline.
• ·Generated outputs are stored in a secure cloud environment (AWS S3), accessible only via your time-limited download link.
• ·All stored outputs are permanently deleted after the 30-day expiry period. We do not maintain copies and cannot restore expired outputs.

Your input content is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. This means your content is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic's own data handling and privacy policies apply to that transmission. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you upload for AI processing.

We do not use your input content to train our own models, and we do not share your content with any third party beyond what is necessary to process your request (i.e., Anthropic's API and our cloud infrastructure providers).

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details, bank account numbers, or any sensitive payment credentials on our systems. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay under their own security and compliance standards. We retain only the payment reference ID and transaction status necessary to fulfil your order.

Transaction records (name, email, order ID, payment reference) are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes for a period of seven (7) years as required under applicable Indian law.

Input files: deleted upon pipeline completion. Generated output files: permanently deleted 30 days after generation. Usage and pipeline logs: retained for a maximum of 90 days for debugging and service quality purposes, then deleted.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to:

• ·Access the personal data we hold about you.
• ·Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• ·Request erasure of personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• ·Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis.

This Privacy Policy and all data processing activities are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). Any disputes relating to data privacy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
